Papaya + eat = bliss


Papaya, just the name alone resonates goodness.  Also known as Pawpaw, it is literally one of the most beautiful and healthiest fruits on the planet.  With it’s musky undertones, sunset colored flesh, and yellow skin what more do you want from a fruit?  It’s sexy.

Not as sexy as my favorite –  the mango, well let me take that back, papayas are really lovely on the inside. Complex, soft and those black seeds, yeah sorry mango. It definately holds its own.  Less sweet at times I must admit, yet if bought from the right place the papaya’s taste will begin to give you foodgasms everytime.

The flavor is distinct partly because of the minerals it carries. It is also rich in vitamen B, C and loaded with fiber.
